PSHF is a proud sponsor of the Aloha AI Network, a collaborative infrastructure/service for students to use as they learn the fundamentals of AI machine learning, deep learning neural networks, and computer vision. Students tap into their creativity and design thinking processes to come up with ideas to use AI data (e.g. keeping track of school library/cafeteria/parking usage, benchmark it against other schools, and so on).
The objective of Aloha AI is to establish a structure where students are collaborating to train their own models, develop novel uses, and build upon one another’s breakthroughs. Students applied the capabilities of artificial intelligence by working with the Department of Transportation to create a traffic study.
